Aproveita a experi\u00eancia adquirida no anterior Mestrado em Gest\u00e3o e Curadoria da Informa\u00e7\u00e3o e acompanha o crescente interesse das comunidades docente e de investiga\u00e7\u00e3o nacionais e internacionais nas Humanidades Digitais.<br \/>O Mestrado em Curadoria e Humanidades Digitais oferece uma forma\u00e7\u00e3o s\u00f3lida e abrangente em metodologias, ferramentas e t\u00e9cnicas digitais adequadas a novas abordagens nos temas de investiga\u00e7\u00e3o das Artes, Humanidades e Ci\u00eancias Sociais.<\/p>\n<p>Al\u00e9m da forma\u00e7\u00e3o de quadros especializados para projetos, as compet\u00eancias a adquirir pelos alunos s\u00e3o altamente valorizadas no mercado de trabalho do sector p\u00fablico e privado, como os conhecimentos em sistemas de informa\u00e7\u00e3o geogr\u00e1fica, linguagens de programa\u00e7\u00e3o para a web, organiza\u00e7\u00e3o de conhecimento, curadoria de dados, gest\u00e3o de metadados, an\u00e1lise de redes ou modela\u00e7\u00e3o 3D, entre outros. Museus, arquivos, bibliotecas, munic\u00edpios, empresas de produ\u00e7\u00e3o de conte\u00fados web, ind\u00fastrias criativas, ind\u00fastrias do turismo, institui\u00e7\u00f5es de ensino, entre outras entidades s\u00e3o potenciais empregadores \u00e0 procura de algumas das compet\u00eancias digitais referidas.<\/p>\n<p>Nesse sentido, o mestrado tem um tronco comum no primeiro semestre e duas \u00e1reas de especializa\u00e7\u00e3o no segundo semestre, uma em Curadoria Digital e outra em Humanidades Digitais. No segundo ano, desenvolver-se-\u00e1 um semin\u00e1rio de acompanhamento da realiza\u00e7\u00e3o da disserta\u00e7\u00e3o, est\u00e1gio ou trabalho de projeto, nas \u00e1reas respectivas.<\/p>\n<p>O mestrado aproveita a experi\u00eancia de docentes de v\u00e1rios departamentos e unidades de investiga\u00e7\u00e3o da NOVA FCSH (<a href=\"https:\/\/dhlab.fcsh.unl.pt\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Laborat\u00f3rio de Humanidades Digitais<\/a>,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.fcsh.unl.pt\/unidades-investigacao\/instituto-de-historia-contemporanea-ihc\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">IHC<\/a>,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.fcsh.unl.pt\/unidades-investigacao\/centro-de-humanidades-cham-nova-fcsh\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">CHAM<\/a>,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.fcsh.unl.pt\/unidades-investigacao\/instituto-de-estudos-medievais-iem\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">IEM<\/a>\u00a0e\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.fcsh.unl.pt\/unidades-investigacao\/centro-de-linguistica-da-unl-clunl\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">CLUNL<\/a>), com s\u00f3lida experi\u00eancia na oferta formativa e em projetos na \u00e1rea dos m\u00e9todos digitais aplicados \u00e0s Artes, Humanidades e Ci\u00eancias Sociais. We must not fail to consider the expected population development &#8211; in 2030 it is estimated that there will be 400 million students worldwide. The 2030-student will also have a very different profile and if teaching practices are not adjusted it will not align with this profile. The Chair on Digital Humanities in Education is in alignment with the different 2030 agendas in global education, in particular the <a href=\"https:\/\/en.unesco.org\/futuresofeducation\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">UNESCO Futures of Education<\/a> project and the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.oecd.org\/education\/2030-project\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">OECD Future of Education and Skills 2030<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>As stated in these Agendas, knowledge acquisition, learning and education in the next decade will be very different, however, the COVID-19 pandemic has significantly accelerated needs and the regulation of our schools and learning environments. The project aims at supporting professionals in education to improve their digital skills and successfully and confidently employ new digital tools in classroom contexts regularly, while integrating global citizenship education principles. The <a href=\"https:\/\/unesdoc.unesco.org\/ark:\/48223\/pf0000245656\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Incheon Declaration and Framework for Action for the implementation of Sustainable Development Goal<\/a> 4, <a href=\"https:\/\/unesdoc.unesco.org\/ark:\/48223\/pf0000246300\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Target 4.4<\/a> points to the competences and skills the project will endeavour to develop:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Target 4.4<\/strong> By 2030, substantially increase the number of youth and adults who have relevant skills, including technical and vocational skills, for employment, decent jobs and entrepreneurship.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0<strong>4.4.1<\/strong>\u00a0Proportion of youth and adults with information and communications technology (ICT) skills, by type of skill.<\/li>\n<li><strong>4.4.2<\/strong>\u00a0Percentage of youth\/adults who have achieved at least a minimum level of proficiency in digital literacy skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Target 3<\/strong>, point 43, relates specifically to online and open education, which will also be a key reference to all actions of this project: \u201cA well-established, properly-regulated tertiary education system supported by technology, Open Educational Resources (OERs) and distance education modalities can increase access, equity, quality and relevance, and narrow the gap between what is taught at tertiary education institutions and what economies and societies demand.
