Dr. Ferrando, Ph.D. (pronouns: they/them) teaches Philosophy at New York University (US), NYU-Program of Liberal Studies. Dr. Ferrando is a leading voice in the field of Posthuman Studies and the author of several publications, including Philosophical Posthumanism (Bloomsbury) and The Art of Being Posthuman (Polity); their work has been translated into a dozen languages. Dr. Ferrando was awarded the philosophical prize “Sainati” by the President of Italy; named “One of the 100 Top Creatives Making Change in the World” by ‘ORIGIN’ Magazine, and defined as “the Philosopher Poet of our Times”.
